I was too tied up to add other last minute fall project this year. Therefore, although I could do the downspout, I’d really didn’t want to do some trenching through previous owners rock and the complexity of digging along the service entrance for both of gas and the electric for our home. It involved trenching at approximately 8 inches overline both gas and electric at 4 different points, Also adjacent to a large and well established tree, which was planted a little bit closer to the home than I’d like. At this point this summer, I have trenched more than about 300 feet and also am replacing a 100 foot sidewalk with complexity of drainage and grading and redoing the side yard. So I probably didn’t want to take one of my precious few days up this fall to dig yet another trench. He was one of the only people who actually responded on Thumbtack after I stopped using the app about a decade ago. Rate was very reasonable. I called to coordinate 811 just to help them out since I knew the adjacent lines in the area. He quickly completed the work in less than one day about one week later after the area was marked. And visited the site beforehand to make sure that he understood this project. Complete the job quickly, clean, cleaned up the area completely, and deposited any debris into a on-site dirt pile that I established during summer. Since it was a mix of stones and soil, he divided it up so I can use the topsoil easily without having to deal with the river rock when reseeding. Wife and I were more than happy to tip more than he realized at the end after he completed. Tysm and already asked him about a second job.l!

Emilio arrived when he said he would. He did a great job on the shrubs. He did the little extra things I had asked him to do also. He took all the debris with him. I will definitely hire him again for any garden/yard services I need in the future.
