Started off as a good experience. Aidan advised us that our AC needed a deep cleaning and that this would resolve the issue. He also assured us that if it didn’t, he would come back to address it. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved, and afterward he stopped responding to us. Very disappointing experience.
