Roxanna and her team were wonderful! They were responsive from start to finish of this entire process (they text you, so you don’t have to call them if you don’t like talking on the phone like me). I clearly don’t deep clean well because they cleaned surfaces and floors that I’ve never been able to get completely clean. The price was affordable, they were done in an hour and a half (I live in a studio apartment), and they even folded my towels, paper towels, and tissues like in a hotel. I highly recommend and I’ll for sure use them again!
By far the best cleaning service I’ve experienced in DC!
My house was so bad that I really thought they would walk in and turn around and go back out. We have 7 cats and 3 dogs, all indoor, so our house was in pretty bad shape. They did an amazing job and we will definitely be using monthly.
They were punctual and started immediately. They did exactly what I asked for and more.

A bit overpriced. Team of one. Probably should have just did the work myself as she didn’t do much of anything I wasn’t capable of doing. Cabinets in kitchen were not cleaned/wiped. Same for window seals. Stair rails were still sticky. I gave stars for customer service/politeness. She was kind and clear about what she was going to do and how long it would take. Just wish she would have followed all the way through.
They were flexible & were able to work with me for scheduling. Also, they were very responsive. Great value as well! My realtor said they did an amazing job on the clean up as well. So thankful for them!!!
