Delivered service as requested on time and was very professional to work with
I had a great experience with Ariel from AIM COOLING AND HEATING. He immediately found the problem and shown me the part (Blowing Motor) not working. Because I had changed this part not long ago, I asked him to close the A/C and immediately called the company which replaced this part. he agreed to stand by until I get the new part and fix the issue. I would call him again if I run into another A/C problem.
I can't say enough good things about this company! They came out late on a Friday evening to fix my mom's A/C, and the technician was incredibly professional, courteous, and hardworking. He took the time to make sure everything was working properly before he left and didn't rush the job, even though it was late. We truly appreciate his dedication and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!
We had a great experience with Ariel who helped us fix the dripping of our air handler. He helped us unclog the pipes leading outside. He was very knowledgeable, professional and patiently worked until it was cleared.
Ariel answers my call right away, came to the house to see the project needed and gave me an estimate the next day. The garage AC and insulation was done fast, efficient, and it looks and works great. I will definitely be using Ariel for all my AC needs going forward and cannot recommend him enough
Amazing service and very through. Will definitely use again in the future!
Ariel showed up on time, was polite, professional, and did a great job communicating with me and my tenant. He came next day and provided a fair quote. I will be using Ariel’s services again! Keep up the great work!
Ariel did a fantastic job fixing my AC right as we got a little heat wave - he was very responsive and came the next day, and was patient while I communicated with our building management to get him access to the roof. He quickly fixed the issue and my apartment is cool again! Prices were fair - I highly recommend him and will use him again (but hopefully not too soon)! Thank you Ariel!
great Experience, was on time and very professional and clean. Solved my issue immediately.
