Revising my review... In summary, I had a bad experience. I have to admit though, the owner of the company (Jimmy) made it right. I fully expected to eat the cost of a bad repair. Not only did he refund it upon hearing what happened, he offered to pay for additional expenses that I had (which I declined). It may seem weird to say after having a bad experience, but this is exactly the kind of company I'd like to give future business to. It's rare these days to find people who actually stand behind their work.

My HVAC had a massive leak And I called the company, they send Trey to help me fix the issues. Trey arrived on time. The assessment and services are prompt and precise. I was quoted a reasonable price for HVAC maintenance. Everything was checked, coils were cleaned, drain lines cleared and was not pressured into anything more. Michael was very professional and polite. He did point out that the drier filter on my condenser has signs of rust. Nothing that needs immediate attention though. All in all, a good company and team members. I highly recommend.

AIM was quick to respond, professional, and helpful. They replaced my A/C. There was a slight miscommunication between the estimator and the install crew as to the scope of work, but they came back and completed the additional work at the original price as soon as they could.
