I used this company a few weeks ago. My AC needed refrigerant. We get it serviced yearly by the company who installed it but they closed shop. This company came out the next day and added some, it didn’t cool the house. I waited 2 days to give it time because they said the outside unit froze. They came back with a more experienced tech, added more refrigerant, “defrosted” it and it worked great for almost 2 weeks. Then it froze again. I knew we had a leak. So they came back out and checked everything, planned to come back with the supplies needed to fix the leak in the outside unit. While double checking the air handler inside the tech noticed where the leak actually was. He said that leak was easier to fix and cheaper. They fixed it and cleaned up and I paid the exact amount I was quoted. I waited a few weeks to give a review because I wanted to make sure everything was working right. So far no issues, praying this continues. I will use them again if I need to. The techs were professional.

Had an issue with my A/C. They scheduled to come 2 days later during the heat wave we had. Fixed one of the initial issues. Turns out it still wasn’t working properly. I called and let them know. They came back out that day and fixed the other issue for free. Definitely recommend.
I hired Air IQ HVAC to correct an issue with my mini split condensation drain lines not draining properly. Initially, two techs came out and acknowledged the original install looked good overall, but the drain lines were not installed correctly. We rescheduled for adjustments to raise the unit a few inches. When the team returned, they removed the unit and mounting bracket to make the adjustment. After the work was completed, I noticed one of the tabs on the unit was broken and the mounting bracket had been bent, causing the unit to no longer sit flush against the wall. When I brought it up, the younger technician claimed it was already like that before they started, which simply was not true. I take pride in keeping my home clean and paying attention to detail, so I noticed the condition of the unit before and after the work. What made the experience more frustrating was that I specifically asked the younger technician if the system was working properly after the repair, and he said yes. However, it was obvious the drain line had not even been properly tested because the drain trap was completely dry, and the unit still was not draining correctly after they left. I have nothing against younger technicians gaining experience because everyone has to learn somewhere, but honesty and accountability matter. If a mistake happens, own it and make it right instead of denying it. Other customers may have a better experience, but mine left me disappointed with both the workmanship and the handling of the situation.
Their price was 300% higher than their closest competitor. They were rude when asked if it was a mistake!!!
