Reviews
Roi was great. Quick response for a dryer duct replacement and cleaning.
Great work. Prompt arrival, diagnosed the problem and fixed it same day. Would recommend for future work.
Roi did an amazing job with my vent cleaning. He took time to explain how everything worked and did incredible work. I will use him for every yearly cleaning from here on out. 10/10 experience!!!
Roy was great and got work done quickly to our satisfaction
Amazing experience and very knowledgeable!
great service. fair prices
Really great service by Roy! He was very punctual and came and fixed our dryer vent leakage promptly.
Very helpful and gave me an honest estimate for repairs after another company recommended full replacements.
Roy is amazing! Knowledgeable, professional and an expert in his field. He explained every step along the way…even drew sketches of the process to clean our air ducts and all the vents. Plus, a very nice man who strives to do a great job.
had a great experience with airport Austin.Roy did a great job cleaning the HVAC unit. he laid out and clearly explained my options before he started the work.would definitely recommend
Roi was very punctual. He explained what I needed and gave me options but didn't try to push me into anythingi didn't need. He was very friendly and respectful. I would definitely hire Air Pro again.
They did a good job cleaning the dryer vent and identifying some other issues that cropped up
Roi was amazing - went above and beyond to clean a very challenging duct. Cleaned up afterward. So glad I used Airpro Austin. Highly recommend!
Called AirPro to help us get our attic decontaminated and install new ducts and insulation after raccoons demolished ducts to our upstairs rooms and all the insulation. Roi showed up the next day and inspected and gave us a quote. When we accepted the quote he showed up the next day to begin work. In 2 days we had a completely refreshed attic with healthy air circulation in our 2400sf home. He also does other remodeling or refresh work. Would definitely reach out again for other work.
amazing service
Recommend you stay away! No professionalism!! POOR customer service. I needed my dryer vents cleaned out (sort of urgent) Found this company on Thumbtack. Made an appointment after canceling another service and due to Misunderstanding With AirPro the appointment was canceled. I’ve been working with them for three days now trying to get rescheduled and keep getting a line of BS. So I had to notify the public. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
Roí & Eric did an awesome Job! They send on time notifications vie text or emails. They were on time. Very polite and professional. Once they arrived. Roi explained everything on details: status on my vents, recommendations, warranty and payment options. Great job! Will recommend to family and friends. Thank u.
Cleaned out clogged dryer vent and reconnected it. Showed up on time and did what was needed to fix the issues shown in the photos below. Would hire again.
He was very nice when he showed up. I paid almost $1000 for a cleaning and repair and there are still bricks falling out and a ton of build up in the firebox.
