Terrance is absolutely AMAZING! I initially booked him on short notice to install three TVs and connect two soundbars. Once he arrived, I ended up asking him to take on several additional projects, including installing a washer and dryer, replacing shower nozzles, and installing a new front door lock. He handled EVERYTHING without hesitation, frustration, or a single complaint. His professionalism, patience, flexibility, and willingness to go above and beyond are truly exceptional. If you’re looking for someone dependable, punctual, skilled, and genuinely committed to making sure the job gets done right, look no further. Terrance is your guy! He has officially become my go-to person for home projects, and I’m already getting ready to schedule my next booking with him. Highly, highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service, Fair Pricing, and a My New Go-To Electrician. Terence Rivers did an excellent job installing the electrical system for my mini split air conditioning unit. He was knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and a great guy to work with. When his original plan didn’t work out, he stayed on top of things, worked through the challenges, and found a solution. His pricing was fair and reasonable, and while he was at my house, he also took care of several other electrical issues that needed attention. I really appreciated his willingness to go the extra mile and make sure everything was taken care of. It’s not easy to find someone who is skilled, dependable, honest, and fair with their pricing. Terence checks all those boxes. He has definitely earned my trust, and he’s now my **go-to electrician for future projects**. I highly recommend Terence Rivers to anyone looking for quality electrical work and outstanding service. Five stars all the way!

I am a handicapped senior lady whose very old TV finally "gave up the ghost" after lasting decades beyond what anyone could possibly expect. I was able to find a good price online for a new Samsung HD TV, but fretted for days after the purchase on how to set it up. I am not technically inclined, and I really needed help. I searched on the internet and fortunately found Terrence via thumbtack.com. Terrence responded immediately. But before I booked him, I made clear what I expected to be done, and I trusted that he understood. I found out later why he deserved my trust. He explained that he was on his way home but that my neighborhood was not far out of his way and he could be there soon. I was very happy. He showed up at my door with a smile on his face within 25 minutes. I felt like the cavalry had arrived! He went to work immediately. While he was working, I found him to be friendly and respectful, and I learned why he was well-deserving of my trust. I learned that his electrical -- as well as aeronautical engineering experience was earned serving our country during his 26-year career in the US Navy. Talk about heroes! He finished the set-up in less than half an hour. He even adjusted his fee -- and I couldn't be more grateful. God bless you, Terrence.

Terrence ran electrical power to the outside of our home to install an outdoor light. I found him to be very hard-working, knowledgeable, and with a lot of perseverance about finishing a job. He is very easy to work with and I fully recommend him.
