I have used several professional cleaners over the years and this one is by far the best. Highly recommend.
Jhon and Alchemy cleaning did a tremendous job! Quoted accurately prior to appointment and was super thorough in his cleaning, before & after and did a great job! Thank you Jhon!! Will definitely reach out again when substantial furniture/rug cleaning needed at our home.
Their employee Emilio was excellent. Unfortunately the next day there was a stain on the sofa that probably was caused by water spillage during the clean. I tried on three occasions to contact the owner Jhon to explain the issue and see what could be done to resolve it. I never received a call back and the issue remains unresolved. I will never call them again as they do not stand by their work.
great overall experience. quick response, good value and job very well done. couch looks brand new
Needed a couch cleaner because I recently moved and my couch got destroyed. I thought I needed to buy a new couch but I hired Alchemy and it looks brand new!! So so happy. The guy that came was super nice and was quick
Thank you Alchemy for your prompt response in bringing our full floors back to life.

Quick to reply Professional Results beat my expectations Very satisfied Would recommend You can see before and after pictures attached
This is an old couch that I could never get clean. I am thrilled with the work these guys did. The price was a little less too, than some of the others. Highly recommend.
They offer good quality of work with good price. I was very happy of the result after they clean the grout.
Hired to clean grout film on newly installed matt porcelain tile. On the phone John said he's been doing it for 17 years, and this had to be done by hand and was very detailed work so would be 50 cents per sqft. I confirmed with him he would be able to get it out by hand, and hired them because they would not use machines. After he showed up we agreed to also seal the tile after the cleaning. I purchased $170 per gallon 2-part sealant for my tile after first confirming with him it would work. After seeing the sealant he said he never worked with 2 part sealant before but he said it would be fine and not to worry, and I left my apartment for the night so they could work. A few hours later he calls me to tells me the sealant is not compatible and they would come back the next day to finish cleaning. He came the next day with a sealant that was not for porcelain tile to try, and a bad attitude like I was wasting his time, and I even helped him with the cleaning and moving furniture because his partner was at another job. I showed him the tile was not properly cleaned for the sealant because residue could be rubbed off the tile with my hand after his cleaning. He said I might be rubbing something off of the glazed porcelain tile with my hand, and even if we got off the residue the next day it would be dirty again. I saw him work and he used only a scrubbing brush and a mop to clean, which is apparently not sufficient to remove all the residue from the tile. I end by paying him $500 and telling him later not to come back, and the tile still needs to be cleaned using the right equipment, and I wasted $170 worth of sealant and my time on top of that. For someone who has been doing this for 17 years, he does not seem to know what he is doing.
Amazing amazing job with my couch. Looks brand new! 10/10 recommend!
