Alec called back within one minute, was patient and explained all of my options with 2 computers and a camcorder (connection) issue. He was patient as I fumbled to describe my issues and made himself available same day. He understood that I just needed his advice and he even waived any initial consultation fee. Will be using him just as soon as I follow a few of his instructions. Even if I'm buying a replacement computer.

Alec is outstanding with computers. He gently explained to me the reason my computer is so slow and just not working like it used to work is because it's very old. So he suggested a new computer he can get and set up everything for a very reasonable price. I said yes and am very happy with my new computer and his work. I would hire Alec again in a heartbeat and definitely will recommend him to family and friends.
I’d leave 10 stars if I could. It started out as a simple issue (I thought). I installed new home printer but couldn’t get fax line to work. Alec immediately responded and we arranged time for service call. He diagnosed the issue in no time and recommended alternative solution (electronic fax app), set up the app on all our devices, and then diagnosed and fixed a software issue on my MacBook Pro while he was at it. He knows his stuff and I recommend for any networking issues.
Alec was a fantastic help at understanding my machine better! I requested support past midnight and he responded within minutes! I was having an issue with a network card and he was troubleshooting in ways that I never would have thought of. Because of this call I went from knowing nothing, to knowing that my usb header is working properly, I have a processor that doesn’t allow for windows 11, and the problem is either that I have a bad card, or that that the section I needed help with isn’t supported by my version of windows. Alec did everything he could to identify and solve the issue and I know if I ever have another problem I will go to him!
Alec was so helpful in fixing my WiFi situation and setting up our network. I thought I could fix it on my own, but ended up making the situation worse. Luckily, Alec is an expert at what he does and fixed my problem and then set up my network correctly. He also recommended a battery backup device that has already been useful in the recent power outage we had. If you want something done right the first time, call Alec.

Alec is really good with his extensive knowledge. He untangled a mess of eternal cables. He tried to at first to handle it over the phone and not charge me. He spent a good hr doing this and it my opinion that he loves to solve problems. Outgoing and incredible smart

Alec is terrific! I really needed some help with what I thought was not terribly difficult but I’m handicapped in all things technology related. He came into my apartment, completed the work I hired him for, and proceeded to clean up every device I’ve neglected, basically giving me a smart home! He is definitely a pro and he’s personable. I’d hire him again, without reservation.
Alec was not only very responsive, he was extremely kind and caring. He was able to quickly figure out what our computer issue was and thoroughly explained the problem and how to fix it. 10/10 would recommend and I will be contacting him again should the need arise.

Wow!! What a life saver! Alec scheduled a remote appointment with me within minutes of reaching out to him. He figured out my printer issue that the people over at Brother couldn’t even help me fix. He was able to do it all remotely from his home. He really knows his sh*t!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
If I could give Alec more than 5 stars I would! He has been a lifesaver for my family. I live over 1000 miles away from my elderly dad who needs a lot of technical support. I hired Alec to connect his TV, hooked up his headphones, fix his computer, get me set up with remote access to his computer, and put a filter on dad’s iPhone to reduce the number of spam calls he gets. Alec was very patient, kind, and super efficient. We have already called him a second time and dad and I now both have him on speed dial! Alec is worth every penny.
