Absolute worst service. They were late, they started in one room but didn’t finish before moving to the next room. They were wrapping plastic bowls and dishes in bubble wrap. Completely wasting supplies that we had to provide. They were moving things from room to room and when questioned they said the stuff was in the current room. It absolutely was not. They were told not to touch medications but they boxed them up anyway and didn’t know what box they put them in. They threw glasses into a box without a case and just started dumping random things in the box. They had great reviews but it must’ve been all lies!

Excellent experience! The gentleman were so helpful and professional. I appreciate their hard work. I would use them again and recommend them 100% for a smooth move. Thank you
Nearly 2 hours late. Worked efficiently after arrival. Truck packing to protect furniture needs oversight.
10 out of 10. Alemo was the only company to reach back out to me when I said I only needed one hour worth of help. Two gentleman met me at my storage unit and right away I was greeted with a smile and a professional hand shake. The two men introduced themselves and got right to work. Both were very respectful. I would hire them again. I just hope I would get Josh and Collins again. I was so happy with how they took care in loading and made me feel safe that I hired them for an additional hour. I needed them to carried all my stuff from the driveway all the way down the back yard and 3 steps into my basement apartment. I don’t know the distance but it was a long stretch. They were quick efficient and all my stuff that was loaded on the trailer was very secure. I can’t say enough about the experience. They were careful with all my furniture and the job was finished in no time. Happy happy. Thank you Gentleman!!! I should have taken more photos because this isn’t the full load. These guys made it look easy. Thank you again!
Anye and his team are amazing. They worked harder than any movers I have ever seen or worked with. There was no piece of furniture to big for them to handle. They were right on time and worked so hard to make sure our move went as smoothly as possible. They were professional and kind, and I would not hesitate to hire them if you need help moving. If I could give more than five stars I would.
Can not recommend this company enough - this company responded promptly and provided a very professional and reliable move. Moving is never easy but these gentlemen made it a pleasure.
Friendly, responsive, and worked hard to make what I had work. Would highly recommend these folks.
Athough the movers arrived lste, thry kept us abreast of their timeline. Once they arrived they were friendly, attentive an fast. Items were moved to storage unloaded and arrnged as requested.
Excellent team, great communication- very polite, great quality and output of work.
Excellent professional honest movers. They were fast, incredibly strong, and very careful with antiques. I will be using them again soon.
Very good service
Working with Mr. Collins was a dream. We had a LOT of stuff that needed to be packed, moved, unpacked and stored. The price he charged was nothing compared to the amount of work he and his team did. We’ve moved before and have been charged double for service that wasn’t nearly as good. These are the only people I will ever use to move, Collins was kind, fair and worked all day to get us moved in. He and his team were a bright spot in a very overwhelming and scary process. It was perfect.
Their team assisted me on short notice and provided exceptional service at a fair price. I’ve moved five times in the last seven years, and I’ve never encountered a team like this in the region! I highly recommend them.
Overall, my experience was okay. I’d give 3 out of 5 stars. They responded quickly and offered me a flat rate of $600 instead of the $110/hour I was originally quoted. The job took under 4.5 hours, so the flat rate ended up costing me more. I also didn’t receive the 20% new customer discount I later saw advertised. The two movers were friendly, respectful, and patient when I was running late, which I really appreciated. One downside was that a dresser came out of storage broken. I don’t recall it being damaged before the move, but I can’t prove it. They also set up a bed in the wrong room, which may have been a communication issue. Overall I’d recommend them for their punctuality and professionalism, but be sure to clarify pricing upfront and confirm any discounts.
I recently used the loading services provided by ATS (Mr. Collins) and was thoroughly impressed. He was punctual, efficient, and handled all items with great care. His attention to detail and positive attitude made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Mr. Collins to anyone looking for reliable and professional loading services. Again this is my personal experience, everything is subjective.
The customer service and reliability from this group is more than disappointing. The representative and I agreed on a strict time frame and price. I asked him if the price would be final or if there would be any surcharges or other fees associated and he repeated that the price given was the final price. On the day of the appointment, I was asked if the movers could come early as they had finished a job ahead of time. I promptly responded that I needed to stick to our original time frame. The movers arrived 2 hours before our agreed upon time anyway and when I was not at home. My family had to rearrange their plans, and the movers gave them a price that was $140 more than the agreed upon rate, now introducing a base rate that was never communicated to me. They negotiated $50 down but this was still $90 more than agreed AFTER they were late. I had to contact the representative and he kept trying to justify the radical diversions from our agreement, both arrival time and price. He referenced the high cost of fuel (even though we only needed something moved from our own vehicle into the house so they didn’t need their moving truck) but it took several reminders of the situation to get him to acknowledge that they broke the terms of our agreement. The weekend has passed, and I am still waiting on confirmation of a refund. Not only was our experience vastly different than what was agreed upon, it’s been radio silence since.
Had a great experience moving with Alemo Transportation Services. They were quick and efficient. Successfully helped me move apartments across town. My things were securely packed and transported well with no damage. I would recommend ATS for your future moving needs.
