In a word, "excellent." Alex came to the job ready to complete the task with high quality. I initially thought my vanity and sink install was a simple job. But there were a couple of unexpected complications (a broken part in the package and rusted piping) that Alex creatively resolved. It took more time and effort than expected, yet Alex stayed the course and was professional and friendly to the end. He even hit it off with my dog. So far, the project looks and functions great. I highly recommend Alex and look forward to working with him again.
Alex was great. He came within hours of us first communicating. He did a very nice job putting up our blinds in the bedrooms. I will hire him again, for sure! Thanks, Alex.
Alex was prompt, polite, and hung my mobile perfectly.
Alex was a consummate professional. He responded immediately and quickly scheduled. I had a tight timeline and he made himself available. He arrived on time, greeted me with an introduction and a handshake. Most importantly, he was able to take down some kitchen blinds and install new ones while I addressed other issues in preparation for renters. The work was completed timely, and the results met expectations. I would certainly use his services again.
We genuinely needed an emergency light fixture replacement, and Alex responded to our Thumbtack request immediately. When he arrived, he assessed the problem, then, proceeded to replace the light fixture using exceptional efficiency and safety. We were amazed because the end product was AMAZING. We, now, have a beautiful light fixture that was installed impeccably and looks AMAZING.
I needed a garden trellis assembled and installed. Alex knocked it out very quickly. He arrived when he said he would and cleaned up the work site after the install. Very happy!
Alex was professional and efficient! He problem solved quickly, it was not an easy job but he figured out a creative solution and installed our new light fixture and hanging planter perfectly! 100% recommend him for great value.
Alex did an excellent job installing a new mailbox, the original mailbox was hit by a drunk driver. Alex arrived earlier than expected and went right to work removing the old mailbox post and installing the new mailbox. He was very conscientious and precise with the install. The mailbox box is straight and secure. I would recommend he without any hesitation. And his price was very reasonable. I plan on using him for any of my handyman projects in the future.
Alex was nonprofessional. He did not speak English. He told me that the kid did not fit the headboard. He drilled holes in the headboard which was unnecessary. There was loads of hardware left in the bag because he was supposed to put it all the way around the bed and he didn’t. When I roll over in the bed that the headboard hits the wall.
