Alex demonstrated professionalism from the very first communication. Alex was prompt and straightforward. After reviewing other bids of similar pricing, Alex was the clear choice. Alex’s bio and FAQ section immediately stood out where other bidders left their profiles blank. By asking a few strategic project questions beforehand, Alex arrived knowing the project details, keeping the entire process straightforward and the schedule timely. I don't think he took a single break! While Alex and the service were impressive, so was the heavy-duty equipment he brought with! Alex planned well to ensure everything was on-site. Alex arrived w a professional bagging lawnmower and a pro length trailer w high sides. The trailer hauled a Toro Dingo equipped with a grapple and loader head. Every step was highly efficient: the mower clippings to the loader, to the trailer. And the grapple to the stick piles to the trailer. I wonder what kind of tools or equipment the other bidders would have arrived with, especially the bidder who charged by the hour! I'd advise asking providers to include what equipment they use as part of the estimate. Alex is a professional, straightforward, kind, hardworking and focused. I highly recommend Alex and team for any project!
