They responded in 10 minutes and did a great job. I was locked out of my house and they were fast and professional. I’d definitely call them again.
Alex took care of our problem quickly- same day service. Polite and professional, he charged us a reasonable fee.
Alex is great. Know what he is doing. Courteous (asked for permission to park on drive way), considerate (took off his shoes in and out of the house multiple times). perfect results, fast. Next day appointment. Don't hesitate to book Alex!
Got it done where other lock smiths failed. Great attitude, great skills. Alex completed saved the day for us
We reach out to Alex because our smart lock has no battery and we are out. Instead of giving me an expensive quota, he gave me a solution which I can work on my own. Thank you Alex!
Alex aced in all attributes for a 5 star delivery. He was professional, timely, quick to respond. High ethics and great quality of work with 0 nonsense. Highly recommend for all your needs.
Alex did a great job scoping out our issues, helping find the right solution and then quickly coming back to finish it off once I had ordered the right locks.
Alex and his crew were professional, efficient, and punctual. He explained what went wrong with my yard gate's lock in details and was super mindful when crossing between the gate and inside of my house when troubleshooting. 100% recommend Alex to anyone with lock-related needs!
Alex was very easy to communicate with, flexible on availability, and efficient. He rekeyed 6 locks for us and made 4 keys within about an hour. He even helped fix our doorknobs which were upside down. Would definitely hire again if we need a locksmith.
