I hate to leave a negative review, in fact I never have. But I’m this case I feel I have to. Alex installed gutters for us. But, afterwards would not answer any of our efforts to contact him to make a repair on his work. A minor problem with his work has caused a huge issue for me. His crew installed a facia board just a quarter inch too high which makes the drip edge send any rain water into my soffits, thereby flooding my wall when it rains. I’ve tried and tried and tried to get him to come out and make the repair, but he just wouldn’t respond.
