I contacted All County Capitol to take over rental management of my house after doing it myself for 10 years. They are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Josh called me back on Labor Day weekend to explain their terms and fees. I had some questions about the contract (which is the standard Texas contract) and the owner Robert got on the phone with me to discuss it. Monica and Erica who handle leasing helped me by discussing move-out with the departing tenant (who owed back rent, All County obtained it), and referred a great, vey affordable handyman who knew how to do everything required to make the house ready to re-lease. Etirsa contacted me with new tenant prospects while the house was being cleaned for re-lease. They had a new qualified tenant in 3 days later. All County Capitol were very responsive and I feel the they will be responsive and communicative to my new tenant as well.

Signed with the company to manage my property 09May2023 and prior to signing the contract, the “manager” was attentive and trustworthy. Today, after scheduling for someone from maintenance to be onsite for furniture pickup on Sunday for an agreed upon hourly fee, they were no call/no show. After calling and texting, I got a text from the so called “manager” the scheduled and overly talked about furniture pickup/packing event was “not confirmed” even though we had verbally and over text confirmed and outlined the details of such event. Needless to say, I’m out of thousands of dollars. Completely unacceptable because we’ve been planning this event since signing and we had agreed on an hourly rate for the person to basically be there during work hours. All about their money and don’t care about their clients. At all.
