Was punctual for the appointment, professional and quoted a verbal price. They promised to send a quote but simply never did and didn’t respond after I followed up. Service standard seems questionable.

Not a 1 or a 5 star. Pro chain called me 5 times with multiple numbers in the matter of minutes. Multiple texts were sent to me as well. Pro Tip: Only need to call ONE time and leave a single voicemail. Chain calling & texting only annoys potential customers. We can SEE that you’ve called. I happened to be at my Dr. appointment during this.
All Ears Roofing were very professional from salesman (Chris) to project manager (Nathan). We agreed to going with them on a Monday and roof was completed on Friday of the same week. We were very pleased with our roof and would use them again.
All ears was a great company to work with. Joey answered all our questions and went above and beyond. They were competitively priced, showed up on time and took care of all our concerns even after the job was done.
It was an absolute pleasure working with Edward and the All Ears team. They were outstanding throughout the whole experience. Very personalized and thorough, timely and efficient. I have complete confidence in their product after they provided such detailed education and the installation was superb. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
