Unfortunately, I would not recommend this cleaning company. The quality of work was extremely disappointing. After the initial cleaning, the place was still noticeably dirty, with several areas that clearly had not been cleaned properly. We gave them a second opportunity to come back and correct the issues, but honestly, it didn't seem like anything was done differently. The place still looked dirty, and there was little to no improvement. On top of the poor cleaning service, communication was also frustrating. They were not clear about what time they would arrive, making it difficult to plan around their visit. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and did not meet our expectations, especially for a company that specializes in cleaning. We gave them an opportunity to make things right, but they failed to deliver. Would not recommend. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.

All Five Star provides daily cleaning for my laundromat, and I couldn’t be happier. Jimmy, Bessie, Diane, and Guadalupe are extremely professional, responsive, and offer excellent value. They give me real peace of mind; I know my shop is consistently well cared for (and I have very high standards). Their reliability and attention to detail make a huge difference in keeping the space clean and welcoming for my customers. Highly recommend.

Really appreciate the prompt reply from the All Five Star team and the ability to get our cleaning project done so quickly. Highly recommend - thank you so much!
Awesome job stripping and polishing my vinyl tile / VCT flooring. Will definitely book again. Looks better than new.
All Five Star MJ did a fantastic job restoring our linoleum floors. Their proactive communication by both the proposal and cleaning teams was excellent. Mario, team lead is very knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions and provided info on how to maintain our floors. The cleaning team worked efficiently to complete the job in the quoted timeframe. Their price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.
I had a great experience with this cleaning company. I contacted them in the evening, and by the next morning, their estimator arrived, provided a quote, and explained all the details. After signing the contract, they completed the job efficiently and met all my expectations. They handled everything as requested and demonstrated a professional approach. I appreciate their promptness and quality of work.
Didn’t get the service done but that was only after they came out and told me it’s not appropriate for the flooring I have; were up front about any issues it can cause and gave my information on alternatives
Jymy and his whole team were true professionals. They took a filthy warehouse and turned it into a working warehouse! I highly recommend them!
The team was patient with me when I accidentally was locked put of my own house! I really inconvenienced them but they still waited an additional hour to start the job. Give this company a chance, great people!!
They were very punctual and the cost was reasonable for the amount of time they spent at my office.
Mario + Martin cleaned our office as well as removed and deinstalled some shelves, ceiling fixtures and curtains. Thank you, All Five Star MJ.
Thank you Jymy and your amazing team for bringing my house back to life. Your service is impeccable, and I am so happy with the results. You were able to get out a gnarly stain on my hardwood floors and my carpets look brand new. I will be using your service again in the future!
Hired them to wax my floors and they look amazing now!
Jymy and his crew did an amazing job cleaning and waxing my living room, dining room and entryway floors! From my first inquiry to the day of the service, everything went super smooth. Jymy was very responsive and patiently answered all my questions ahead of the job. He was incredibly forthright about how much they could improve my floors. In fact, when his team arrived, Jymy offered to cancel the job without any cost because he wanted me to be 100% satisfied. But the floors came out way better than I expected! The look nearly brand-new.
