Derrick was very responsive and came out the next day to put in my R3 reverse osmosis under the sink unit. He called to confirm and was very punctual. Very knowledgeable and had some good suggestions for other problems I had that I could easily fix myself. He was very friendly and thinks out of the box to solve problems. Very approachable. I would have him work for me again!

Knew exactly what I wanted and got done on a weekend. Just in time because the irrigation pipe was full of rust.
Derek seemed very clear in his communication and seemed honest and that to me is very important.
Very good experience - communicated well was able to understand issue and fixed faucet and drainage quickly and at a very fair rate. Will use again in future!

Derek came out to replace the wax seal in my guest bathroom. He was on time, and his workmanship was great. He also clean up very nicely. I'll be using him for another job next and for any future plumbing services.

I've know Derek for a while, but, have lost track of him. I found him here. He did a loose toilet repair for a family member. They were extremely happy.
