Ian was amazing. On time and professional. He offered me the option of him buying an outdoor light or me providing my own. If he provided he gave a 1yr warranty. Yes that option was more and I decided to go with it. He is fair in his prices and did not gouge me.
Ian was a pleasure to work with he was very punctual and very professional. He takes great pride in his work and likes to complete the job once it is started. He has a great personality. I will hire him again if I am in need. He went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend him.
Arrived on time and Thoroughly checked out any electrical issues. Thank you!!!
Great customer service, came out and fixed my issue quickly and great value!
Ian is the absolute best!!! I was so happy with his help with our flickering lights. He was very thorough, personable and prices are fair. He will be back to complete more lighting projects in our home. Highly recommend!
I initially contacted Ian at All Pro Power to replace a light fixture. He did such a great job that I asked him to also take a look at my electrical panel, which I had been told in the past might need updating. After walking me through everything and answering my questions, I felt completely comfortable moving forward, and he was even able to complete the panel replacement the very same day. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept me updated along the way. The new panel installation was done neatly and to code, and I feel much more confident knowing my homeâs electrical system is safe and reliable. If youâre looking for someone punctual, trustworthy, and skilled, whether itâs a small job or something larger, I highly recommend All Pro Power. Iâll be using his services again for future electrical work.
Based on my interview today, I appreciate the time Ian took to explain my options and the scope of the work to be done. I feel like I got a good education on the subject of transfer switches. He seems sincere in making the customer feel comfortable before they make their decision. I will hire him to do the installation, and I will comment later. Update: Great work! Ian worked for over 3 hours in a hot garage to install a whole-house power switch, which allows my generator or batteries to connect to the electrical panel and 240-volt appliances. He provided a safety to prevent power from my generator from feeding back to TECO. I highly recommend him. A+
