They arrived when they said they would-friendly-informative and willing to listen to my concerns
The initial price quoted was not the price I paid. Prior to them coming, I asked if they wanted to come by the house to take a look at the job. I was told that wasn't necessary as the price quoted was for the number of windows. Upon arrival, the price nearly doubled due to some of the windows being storm. This is why I wanted them to look at the job before quoting me a price. That wasn't the way I expected the job to start! I ended up paying almost $500 more than the original quote. While their work was good, I don't believe I will use them in the future.
Ray answered my inquiry quickly over the weekend and came today (Monday) and did a nice job. Thanks Ray! Cliff
Ray from All Pure Window cleaning is amazing! He was very responsive and got the job done quickly. They did great work. Would recommend to anyone needing window cleaning!
Great experience. Communication was easy. Ray and his team did a great job.
All Pure Window arrived to my home early and cleaned the inside, outside, and screens of each window. They were respectful of my home. My windows look better than they have in years and I will be using All Pure again in the future!
They were amazingly observant and particular about flawlessly, clean windows. They were informative and offered options when they identified particular issues. They demonstrated care for interior furnishings, and exterior foliage. They really went the extra mile with quality work.
Ray and team did an amazing job cleaning my windows(inside and out), along with screens and window sils. They also cleaned my two storm doors. The windows had t been cleaned in 2 years. What an amazing difference. 34 in total for the house. Extremely responsive, offered a great quote and showed up on time and very professional. Highly recommend them for your window cleaning needs
From our initial contact forward, Ray, who owns the All Pure Window Cleaning service was polite, informed, and professional. He arrived on time. He and his assistant did a great job for me and the three adjoining houses I connected him to. They overlooked one window in my house, and came back as soon as they learned about it. He is honest and hard-working, and recommend him highly
