The team missed the first agreed window, then we made plans for the next day and they also didn’t show up. When I called they committed to come the next day, and when this person showed up he said the ladder provided by the company was broken and he didn’t feel comfortable getting on the roof with it. I agree, because the equipment was clearly not safe. This company failed in three different times and in different ways.

They responded within minutes on the evening of July 2 and sent someone out early on the 3rd. He diagnosed it quickly but due to the holiday we had to wait til the 6th to have it replaced. The work was done quickly on that morning.
My project involves zoning and the price to fix it right there on the spot would’ve exceeded $1000 and I just did not have that to spare right now, but at least he was able to find out the reason that it wasn’t working, which is really all I needed to know; I give him a five star rating because he did a great job in investigating the problem.

The young pro was professional and knowledgeable, and seemed to get it running after checking everything. However the fix didn’t last, so had to have another pro from that shop come out and find the actual culprit.
