Hi, I’m Spencer, founder of All Tech Connect. I help individuals and small businesses make technology simpler, more reliable, and easier to use. I spent more than five years at Apple as a One to One trainer, helping clients ranging from 9 to 90 get comfortable with their technology. Apple products are a specialty of mine, but I’m not limited to the Apple ecosystem. I’m device, platform, and operating system agnostic, and I work with the technology that best fits each client’s needs, including Windows PCs, Android devices, smart home products, networking equipment, and more. That Apple training experience still shapes how I work today. I don’t just fix the problem. I explain what’s happening in clear, practical terms so you feel more confident using your technology afterward. Had issues with surround sound. Spencer analyzed problem and fixed a wiring issue. Then went into settings and calibrated surround sound, programmed Apple TV remotes to control all of the equipment from one remote (Apple Tv, Surround Sound, & Sony Tv) very pleased with his work and knowledge of the various systems and how to get the most value and entertainment experience out of the setup giving a real theater experience. Recommend Spencer highly.
Spencer installed a Wi-Fi controller on my CO-Z gate so I can now control it remotely, which is exactly what I was looking for. He was professional, responsive, and punctual throughout the process. He also took the time to help identify a separate gate installation issue so I could address it appropriately. Overall, he was fair and easy to work with. I would recommend him again.
