Chris was on time, and got the job done. This time was a simple fix, put the wall mount back in after the dogs jumped on the curtain and pulled it out, and I can’t get on the ladder anymore. I will be calling again soon, as I have many projects that have piled up.
Came over to look at washer regarding fill sensor issues where the washer would start to fill back up unprompted after finishing a cycle. I looked up ways to fix the issue and the ideas he was suggesting were not going to address the crux of the issue. Knowledgeable enough to help if you know what the issue is exactly. Otherwise just going to assume it’s one thing and not throughly look into every possible scenario.
Hutch was great and gave me honest advice. I will definitely keep his number handy!
too much in a hurry. chipped the counter, didn't put anything under the appliance when tipped over on the floor to avoid scratches.
He did a fine job repairing the issue and now the washer doesn’t violently shake anymore. However, he did all the work to hook it up and test it then unhooked everything and put the water into a bucket and left it sitting. Note: I was out of town when he came to fix it so I could not be there to make sure it was hooked back up. The problem was fixed but common sense was not used and I would have hoped that if you took the time to hook it back up that you would leave it hooked back up and put in its proper place.

All Ways Fixing was amazing! Very responsive and able to schedule us quickly during the Christmas holiday week! He was able to diagnose the leak but since it’s not currently leaking recommended we wait. He also fixed an improperly installed faucet in our bathtub. Will definitely use again.
