The deck work was good. So was some siding and other work. I also hired Allan to level the basement floor and install luxury vinyl plank flooring there. The floor is still unlevel in some spots and the flooring is separated already. He left the basement dusty for about a month. I asked then told him several times to clean it. He did clean finally but he poured concrete chunks in laundry room sink and clogged up the sink. I now have to hire a plumber to unclog the drain and someone else to fix his separated floor that he installed. In addition to this he screamed at me. This final experience gives the negative review.

Al helped me to uninstall old old tile and install the new tile for bathroom shower area ( and add water proof) . He accompanied me to the shop the shop the tile and very careful ( much more detailed oriented than i was.) and patient when selecting and comparing and matching the tiles. He did a great job for us. He is easy to communicate, chill, fun and easy going. Good quality work with a nice clean up. Would love to work with him more in future

He gave me the best estimate, we set the day - Saturday 10am- for him to start working on my kitchen backsplash. He showed up and hour late and asked to reschedule because "he hates working on Saturdays" We rescheduled for Tuesday around the same time at 10am. Allan texted before 10 that he will be here at 10:30-11am. I canceled at 12:15pm after wasting more than 2 hours waiting for him to arrive

Al did an amazing job insulating, laying subfloor, tiling and adding sheet rock to our main floor laundry room. After an incident with mold, our laundry room was torn apart and the original estimate to rebuild was very expensive. We contacted Al and he was responsive, professional, a perfectionist and got the job done quickly and for a much better price. In addition, Al kept his workspace very neat and removed all trash/debris. I would recommend Al to anyone looking for tiling work, we couldn't be happier.

He even made a trip to my home to take a look at the kitchen and get a feel of our home so that he can suggest the perfect backsplash. The price he quoted was also very reasonable.
