I hired this contractor for a handyman job to caulk the shower area in my rental property, and I was very pleased with the service. The contractor provided a reasonable quote and, importantly, stayed true to the quoted price. He showed up on time with all the necessary supplies and got right to work. The job was completed quickly and efficiently, and the finished caulking looked neat and professional. I simply needed a solid, properly done caulking job, and that’s exactly what was provided. For the quality of work and overall value, I would definitely use this contractor again.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Allstar Property Management was frustrating from start to finish. I initially reached out because my father had been hospitalized, and I live out of state. I simply needed someone to provide lawn care at his home in Akron while he was unable to maintain the property. I explained that the situation was time-sensitive and that I was preparing for a military deployment. Despite contacting them on April 1st, it took over two weeks to get a straightforward answer. Communication was extremely poor. Messages frequently went unanswered, I had to repeatedly follow up, and on multiple occasions I was told someone would contact me, only for that never to happen. The most frustrating part was that I wasn't asking for anything complicated—just a quote for routine lawn mowing. Instead, I spent days trying to get basic information and repeatedly explaining the same situation. Even after providing the address, lot details, and mowing requirements, it was difficult to get a clear response. I requested phone calls several times because the text conversation was dragging on without resolution, but those requests were largely ignored. Eventually, I received pricing, but only after extensive follow-up and unnecessary delays. By that point, the lack of professionalism and urgency had already left a poor impression. I understand that businesses get busy, but when a customer explains that they are dealing with a hospitalized parent and an upcoming military deployment, better communication should be the bare minimum. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Allstar Property Management due to their slow response times, poor communication, and lack of customer service.

I hired Wayne Speed to manage our property, but he has not forwarded the rent payments for June and July 2025. Despite contacting him multiple times, I have not received any response. Could you please arrange for the payment of the outstanding amount as soon as possible? This situation is very concerning and may involve legal issues if not resolved promptly. I worked with Wayne and another gentlemen yesterday morning, I had an emergent crisis and a pipe froze in my bathroom. Wayne and his team responded immediately gave me honest suggestions on how to resolve the issue and I'm happy to say that the pipe is now unfrozen I would highly recommend this Company and I use them again.
