Manny did a great job with our plumbing job! We called and gave him a rundown of our situation and exactly what we needed done. We had a leak in the upstairs bathtub drain pipes and needed a repipe done. He was able to give us a quote at a very reasonable price! We had previously been quoted something triple what he asked for and his price was more around what we were thinking it would cost to get this job done. On top of that, he was able to squeeze our job in for the next day even though we were pretty far away from his next job. We were really appreciative of how easy it was to communicate with him and his more than fair pricing. The work done also looks solid and he reassured us with a warranty on the work done. I feel very confident and secure with the work done.
My daughter was visiting from school, so I needed her tub & toilet fixed ASAP. Manny spent 15-20 minutes in her bathroom and said both were fixed. I was shocked, but he sounded knowledgeable, so I paid him. My daughter arrived as Manny was leaving and, within an hour, reported that her toilet wouldn't flush. After texting Manny, I ran to her bathroom to check the shower. Sure enough, it was still clogged. Manny said he was swamped and couldn't return for a few days. When I got upset, he offered to refund my payment. It's been weeks and despite asking him about it, no refund. Our text conversation is attached.
Manny goes above and beyond to get the job done . We had a serious plumbing/sewer issue,he inspected it in the morning and identified the problems within the first half hour. Unlike most contractors/ plumbers I worked in the past , who would space out jobs over a week and charge me more per visit, Manny provided a very reasonable price and immediately started working on it and completed the job by the end of the day. he would also send us hourly updates with photos to keep us informed about the progress even when we were not onsite. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him if you have a severe emergent sewer/ plumbing issues!!
Q.How can Allstar Rooter improve in the future? A. By respecting appointment times. I tried scheduling twice with them and they never showed up. I don't know how they conduct their business. I would suggest finding someone else who is more sincere.
Manny was able to come to my home and fix my drain issue. After several attempts by myself, I was done. I am very satisfied that AllStar Plumming came and fixed my kitchen drain. Hope to do more business with Manny. Repipe my kitchen drain. Honest prices. Thanks again!!!’
Thoroughly impressed with the service and quality of work. Manny and his crew did a superb job installing a sewer lateral from my house to the property line where they tied in to the city sewar. They work fast but with extreme professionalism. You can't even tell any work was done by looking at my yard. I would highly recommend them to anybody. Not only was the work exceptional, but the price was also! Great job guys! I hope I don't have to see you again too soon but when I do need a plumber, your the one I'm calling!
Knew exactly what to do right away, and knew the problem with my bath tub. He fixed it fast and at a great price. I highly suggest using Manny again, he's very helpful.
Manny and his team highly responsive, professional and flexible. Our job turned into something much more comprehensive and Manny and his team were able to offer solutions for all of our needs, starting with unclogging a drain to addressing a much larger, chronic issue.
I’m so happy to have met Manny. He came and performed a superb job on unclogging my shower drain. We agreed on time, date, and price and he was super easy to work with. I will definitely use him again and I would recommend him to anyone. If you need a skilled plumber, Manny is your man.
