He was very thorough and reasonably fast. Gave me recommendations on what would be useful in situations regarding fixing the house. I felt comfortable trusting to have an honest inspection.

Reviews
These guys were very kind and seemed very knowledgeable. They explained everything to me in a way I could understand and we feel much better about our place after their inspection. I would highly recommend.
very professional and on time and he answered all my questions I would recommend his services to a new home buyer
Tom is a very professional, personable inspector. He explained the process thoroughly before the inspection. The house is small, one bedroom, one bathroom, but was there 2 hours, and left no stone unturned. He explained what would have to be done and what could be done. I would definitely use his services again.
Tom was very knowledgeable and explain things to me. He showed me important things like the shut off valve for the water, etc. He was very pleasant to work with.

I was very impressed with the work quality and the high knowledge we had received from Alltech Inspection Services! This was not just a basic home inspection to us, we received much than that! Mr. Tom walked us through every step and details of the property, he took the time to answer all of our questions and guide us very well through the process! We’re very pleased and satisfied about the quality and great service we received! I will definitely use this company again and I highly recommend it!
Everything was great! Tom was thorough and professional.
alltech inspections did a great job on my home inspection. they were very professional and friendly. The gentleman who did my inspection was very knowledgeable and was a good conversationalist. He included a gallery of images taken during the inspection as well as my summary. He was very detailed and walked us through everything in a friendly and client centered yet professional way.
Came to the home early did the inspection and also broke down the issue and made suggestions to repair and estimate cost of what it would cost to get fixed .
Tom and Tom were both so helpful! I felt relief in the first few minutes of talking to them. They are honest and hardworking and will give you their time and information even without knowing they will be doing the job! That says a lot about their business and character! I’m very grateful I found them and they did and amazing job! Highly recommended!
