Reviews
I was planning to install LVP until I learned there were hardwood floors underneath the carpet in my 1950 city home. Alluring removed the carpet,Refinished the hardwood and installed LVP in the two rooms that did not have hardwood in 5 days. The floors look amazing and I could not be more pleased with the results. Very happy with Alluring, we would work with them again in a heartbeat!
I would highly recommend Yazmin and Alluring Flooring! She was helpful, professional and very knowledgeable.
Very quick response and even quicker turnaround with work- carpet replacement
Great company md wonderful owner! Highly recommend !
Really love the service that I got. They got me a great value without sacrificing the quality. Love that it's a family business. We love the steps that we added on sure to the keen eye during the estimation but could have done without the leftover sawdust. Overall would definitely recommend and use again, just either add in the service to have them move everything out of the way entirely or clear out a space outside. But having the well crafted and custom built features was well worth it.
The team did a great job installing our new floors. They were on time and worked hard to meet the timeline they quoted. Professional company that I would work with on future projects.
They cut boards inside causing residue on my walls and furniture (flooring should NEVER be cut inside). I was charged for large furniture to be moved and was not told. Furniture was never covered. I had to hire a cleaning service and deep clean sofa. Allure was asked to come back and clean. Apparently they did but not very good. Some dents on the walls that they attempted to cover up with paint t. Loads of stain/glue specs all over baseboard and molding. Some spongy areas of the new floor. No quality control. Even let the workers use my microwave for lunches and they left that a mess. I do not recommend.
Yasmin and her team were knowledgeable and problem-solved a very difficult flooring mess that was the a result of a flood. I am extremely pleased with the results, already gotten many compliments and will be referring friends and family!
