I hired Alpha Foundation to fix water pooling on my walkway. Their inspector promised me in writing that the issue would be completely solved. After paying $1,656 and having the work done, the water problem remained exactly the same on the very first day it rained. I contacted them immediately, but they never returned to fix it. In the end, I had to hire another company that resolved the issue quickly with a different solution. This company made big promises they did not deliver on, requested full payment and even asked for a 5-star review while the problem was still unresolved. Very disappointing experience.
