We’re remodeling our upstairs walk in shower. Alpha PHC relocated our shower and faucet to center and installed a new valve. Quality work for a fair price. Very appreciative of the on-site estimate and conversation they provided before we agreed to move forward with the work. Would recommend.

My focus is to keep a fair and local feel to the service industry. The companies around the metro are all being bought out by big private equity companies. They all price gouge and it is sad to see. I know first hand because I worked at most of the shops. You shouldn’t have to pay high prices for good service.

Nobody showed up for my window from 8am-4pm. I called at 3:30 and they said I was next and would call me and I got ghosted. Planned my whole day off around this for no reason.
Everything went great, although we had to wait a few days to use the shower, we were able to at least turn the water on. So I am thankful and glad Carter came out and got everything done!

Scheduled an appt with a window of 8am-12pm and the tech would call 30 mins prior to arrival.Waited until 12:10 and called to ask the status and was told it would be more like 2:30-3pm so I canceled the appt after waiting around all morning and scheduled with another plumber.

Jon came to fix a leak on my kitchen sink. He found the issue right away and did the repair. I also asked him to take a look at my 2 toilets that I was having issues with. He gave me a quote for repair and for buying new. I was pleased with his work and his knowledge.
