Reviews
Very competitive with prices very reasonable. Very informational about the value of each product and what would be best for us for the size of our house. I was having a issue with any air goung to my backroom and now its the coldest of the house. I love it!! especially in the heat! Got done in 1 day and cleaned up all the mess. Very professional, respectful and reasonable.
My air has been out for a few days and home warranty could not get anyone out for 7 days and it's 100 degrees outside, not acceptable. I found this company on Thumbtack and Wily responded right away and was available same day to repair my unit. He explained everything in detail replaced the part, cleaned the unit and replaced my filter. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing their HVAC units repaired. He also provided tips on running my AC unit during these extreme hot days to save energy and costs on my bill. Thank you for saving me from melting, and I can get some sleep now.
I had a great experience with Alpha Technician. They responded to my inquiry quickly and were able to fit us into their schedule even though they were very busy, which I really appreciated. Orlando was the technician who came out and he was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our AC and had it repaired and running again in no time. He worked efficiently, explained everything clearly, and was honest throughout the process. From the fast response to the excellent repair service, the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Alpha Technician and Orlando for anyone needing HVAC service.
Our AC had a leak and was not cooling. But thanks to Wily, our unit has now been successfully repaired! Wily was fantastic to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to patiently explain what was happening with our system, answer all of our questions, and walk us through our options so we could make an informed decision. What stood out most was that he respected our preference to explore repair options before jumping straight to a full system replacement. We had spoken with several other companies that immediately recommended replacing the entire unit, but Wily took the time to properly diagnose the issue and focus on repairing what could be repaired first. That honesty & approach were incredibly refreshing. He was professional, kind, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend Wily to friends and family for any heating or air conditioning needs in the future.
Willy wa great. He put in a new smart thermostat for me and service my AC. he was so polite and kept me informed. I love that he put shoe covers on to come in my house. I will call him again and refer him to friends and family.
We received service from Willy, and he was incredibly professional and friendly. The best part was how he went out of his way to explain everything to us, which we truly appreciated. The pricing was also very reasonable. Highly recommend!
