I had them repaint some kitchen and bathroom cabinets. The ones that he repainted the whole doors look fine. Although I don’t love the rough, unfinished feel of the texture. It doesn’t match my existing more sealed finish feel. He touched up some spots on my cabinets on site and they don’t match at all and suits frankly look pretty awful. Attached is a photo. I asked him to do all of the touch up spots in the kitchen but he did not.

I had the exterior of my house painted. They were extremely helpful bringing over samples. I am not a “creative” type so I had to try 5-6 colors before making a decision. They did a great job removing the 35+ years worth of paint on the house before they started painting. Much better than I had hoped for. I love the way it turned out. Have attached pictures of the before and after. Highly recommend and would use them again if I have further painting needs.

The start of the experience was excellent! The team was responsive and quick to provide an estimate. Their estimator was prompt, helpful and a great individual to work with. Additionally the team was very flexible with changing dates as our closing date was moved several times due to COVID shortages. Unfortunately the actual work was the exact opposite. The project was to paint two accent walls, two bedrooms and a small office. There was a different color for each room. In total, it was about 528 sq ft. During the estimate I explained I needed the job completed same day so the movers could follow with our furniture late that night. The job wound up taking 2.5 days. There was an issue getting the paint. I'm not quite sure what happened because I've received a different answer from everyone I've talked to. I had to intervene and provide details of what color went where because the painter stated he didn't have any notes. The painter frequently disappeared for extended periods of time without keeping us up to date. If we weren't home watching the process, nothing happened. Frankly, I'm certain the job would have taken several more days had we not been insistent that he keep going. As the painter was leaving on day two he told us he left the electrical plates and blinds in an easy to find spot so we could put them back. For $2k I would expect this to be a part of the finished job. His boss pressed him after I reached out, so he did replace the electrical panels. We had to do the blinds ourselves. Unfortunately the most disappointing part was that when I shared my concerns privately with the manager there was nothing but excuse making- many of which conflicted with what the painter was telling me. There was absolutely no ownership, empathy or service. The concerns were meant with apathy and a hope that we would use them again so they could prove themselves. That will not be happening. The walls are painted and the job is done, but the experience was terrible.

This could be a long elaborate review, but I will be brief as I plan to have Alpine do many more projects for me and I will no doubt be back to review them again. I realize I risk them getting too busy with this glowing review, but this needs to be said. Jadin was the first to respond, immediately put me on the calendar, let me pick out paint samples and brought them to me in advance. He was so professional and easy to work with. I am adding a picture of my finished kitchen...absolutely amazing!! Everything was perfect, and they left my kitchen spotless when they were done. Great value and top quality work!!

WOW!! We hired this company to do an upstairs condo repaint. Black Vaulted ceilings, brown walls, weird trim lines, large wall repair, and funky boarders around a stone fireplace. They came when they said they would and gave me an excellent price quote. We’d never hired professional painters before and our job was particularly challenging. We were nervous, but confident with them after they gave us our original bid. They finished a day early and were meticulous in their cleanup and wall repairs. Our condo now looks like a new home! Friendly service. Reasonable pricing. Prompt punctuality. We were pretty impressed! These folks definitely deserve a 5-star review from us!

I used thumbtack to seek a referral for a painter. Alpine was one of the first prompt responses. After meeting with Jayden and his low key , confident, no pressure consult , I knew I felt comfortable. The work was expedient, efficient, & professional. His workers were prompt & courteous. The finished product met my complete satisfaction. Good work guys ! Highly recommend...

They didn’t patch the old holes well enough like they said, so they show, and when they moved the fridge, they ripped the floor, and didn’t say anything. It was nice they did it in 2 days, but they should’ve told me about the floor. It was not there before, I cut my foot on it the next day! And painted over a nail!

We wanted the exterior of our brick house painted. We had probably 3-4 quotes and Josh stood out to us, especially since he recommended staining the brick instead of painting (much healthier for the brick). Josh's whole spiel was "I worked for a painter and I was sick of seeing the job done wrong, so I wanted to make a company that did the job right." He told us that all of his workers have 15+ years of experience and if they don't then they are very "closely watched." He also said that they always do 4 coats of paint. That really sold my husband and I so we proceeded forward. Plus his pricing was super reasonable. Here is the problem: all that Josh does is subcontract the job. He doesn't have real employees that were trained by him. He just set incorrect expectations from the beginning. He doesn't make sure they do 4 coats of paint (how could he since he was only there 5 minutes every day?), and they definitely didn't have 15 years of experience. The people who painted the house were so kind and wanted to get the job done right. So this review really isn't about them, it's about Josh and his lack of involvement on the project. We really wish Josh would have been there more to oversee the work being done. I actually don't really know what the point of Josh was in the end. All he did was give a quote and come by a few times. When we had our final walk through Josh was blind to our biggest concerns which was that the paint was reeeally thin in some areas and you could see the mortar between the brick. This was really disappointing. Thankfully our subcontractors were more an advocate than Josh was and they were willing to put more paint on the house. The job was finally done right, but it took a lot of babysitting to get there (again, not the painter's fault, it should have been Josh overseeing the project). Overall I am glad we went with them because the pricing was good. But I wish we would have found the subcontractors without Josh. He was pointless in my opinion. It would have been a lot cheaper that way and we'd have the same outcome.

Such a quick response and great work. They spent lots of time making sure the nail holes were all filled and sanded. I was able to get the work done same week I reached out.
