⭐ 1/5 — VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE Unfortunately, I cannot recommend ALSC Flooring based on my experience. What started as a bathroom/shower project in my BRAND-NEW HOME turned into an extremely frustrating experience. Toward the end of the job, I felt the work was rushed, and I was left with an excessively large and uneven grout/transition line where the tile meets the wall. When I brought up how unprofessional and unappealing it looked, I was told that the problem was because my wall was “crooked.” My concern is simple: if the condition of my wall was going to prevent a clean, professional installation, that should have been communicated to me BEFORE the work was completed—not afterward as an explanation for the finished result. Instead of personally returning to inspect and correct my concerns, he sent someone else to attempt to fix the issue. The problem was still visible afterward. When I reached back out, I was essentially told that it was no longer his concern and that I would need to contact and PAY the other person myself if I wanted it corrected. Another major issue was PRICING TRANSPARENCY. I requested a niche in my shower, and only AFTER the niche had already been completed was I told there would be an additional charge for it. Additional costs should always be discussed and approved by the homeowner BEFORE the work is performed—not presented afterward as a surprise charge. There were also excessive breaks throughout the project, which contributed to my concerns about how the job was managed and completed. Most disappointing was the communication once I raised concerns. Rather than feeling like a paying customer whose concerns were being taken seriously, I found some of the verbal communication dismissive, defensive, and at times microaggressive. I remained respectful and simply wanted the finished product in my new home to reflect the professional quality I paid for. I believe a professional contractor should: • Clearly disclose additional charges BEFORE performing extra work. • Communicate potential problems with walls or surfaces BEFORE installation. • Stand behind the finished appearance of their work. • Personally inspect legitimate customer concerns. • Communicate respectfully when a customer raises an issue. I gave an opportunity for these concerns to be addressed before leaving this review. Unfortunately, based on the workmanship concerns, unexpected additional charges, lack of accountability, and the way my concerns were handled, this was a very disappointing experience. I strongly encourage homeowners to get EVERY detail, additional charge, and responsibility for repairs IN WRITING before allowing work to begin.

He arrived on time, communicated every step of the project, did a beautiful job on the kitchen backsplash and cleaned up before he left. I will definitely use him again for future projects and refer him to anyone!
Alessandro is a true professional. He’s quick to respond to questions. His quality of work is truly exceptional and his pricing is more than fair. When he completed the job he did an amazing job of cleanup. If you are looking for outstanding quality of service, work, and professionalism, call Alessandro! Picture explanation - Before subway tile and floor were poorly constructed - wavy floor and grout left on walls ( 1st picture). After walls and floor are exquisite (2nd picture large wall tiles- no more subway tiles! Floor looks like same design but new floor tile larger and perfectly laid). Extremely proud of my new shower
Great work and very good price. I wasn’t available for our initial appointment and he had no problem getting me rescheduled. Definitely working with him for more projects.
Alessandro and his teammate did an amazing job on installing tile in my bathroom. He is very polite and works efficiently. The project was completed in a timely manner and the pricing was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company for your flooring needs.
I hired Alessandro to tile the floor in my laundry room. He did a fantastic job! I am looking forward to working with him on a few other projects in the future!
AC Flooring did an excellent job with our guest bathroom tile requirements. They gave a fair price and added extra value by working with me to get the results I wanted. The floors are level and the grout lines are straight. Clean up after working made for a well-organized workspace. I'm very glad we hired AC Flooring and we plan to hire them for a kitchen remodel soon. Call AC today!!!

Great tile work, great quality Job required more work than I originally thought due to water damage. They were able to repair all damage and move forward.
AC was very nice and careful with demolition, prepping, and installing our ceramic tile flooring for our guest bathroom. We had some hiccups as this is an older house, but nevertheless, he got it done! Will hire him again!
