Reviews
Highly recommend. Excellent communication, quick turnaround and meticulously detailed. I plan on using altera for other projects!
The tech could have just installed the product and went to the next job. Instead he educated me about my camera system and how a different setup may be more effective. He also gave suggestions on products. Saved me a lot of hassle in the long run.
After struggling for a while with how to use and adjust our doorbell, we finally decided to call a professional and we’re so glad we did! He was exceptionally responsive, prompt, and precise. Since we had no idea what kind of smart doorbell/alarm system we had or what options were available, he took the time to walk us through everything and help us choose the best setup for our needs. We had procrastinated on this for so long, but he made the entire process completely effortless. Highly recommended!
He did great work on my ring camera light setup. Set it up quickly and professionally above my garage. Will hire him again anytime
The doorbell camera install was flawless. The technician show up on-time, something I really appreciated as a veteran. He was able to perform the install quickly and professionally. The camera looks as if it was built with the house. While I am sure I could have installed it, there is no way I could make it look as nice as he did. Because of the excellent workmanship, I will use this company again.
Ishan did an excellent job installing my ring floodlight camera and my ring camera pro! He was on time, finished the job quickly and provided a thorough installation. I’m very happy with this service! Will hire again!
Excellent work all around. Honest and upfront and worked with me to get the camera I wanted. Highly recommend their services!
Ishan was great! He arrived on time, knew what he was doing and fixed the problem for a reasonable price. I highly recommend him.
Altera was very professional and knowledgeable about his area of expertise. For this installation I needed my TP Link Tapo Smart Doorbell installed onto a brick and mortar surface which is notoriously difficult to drill into. Altera showed up with all the right tools and got the job done in minutes for a very reasonable price. In summary, Altera is highly recommended.
