When Alumni Builders outbid the competition, we hoped for a great job—we got an exceptional one. The difference-maker was Dan. He was our consistent point person, ensuring the entire crew was not just skilled but also incredibly professional and polite. Responsiveness is key in a remodel, and Dan was always available, making a potentially stressful process feel smooth and finish on time. We are already planning our next project with them! Highly recommend.

Dan and his team were phenomenal to work with. Present every work day to check in, over communicates and the work itself was terrific. Helped turn our unfinished basement into something special for our family. Thank you.
I highly recommend Alumni Builders for your next project! My wife and I contracted them to completely rebuild our basement. A complete redesign, bathroom addition, wet bar addition, water service upgrade, and built-in shelves were all elements involved. We are very satisfied with the experience and final product. Dan and the team did a fantastic job spending time and effort communicating before, during and after the project. They were constantly receptive to our input and if anything wasn't to our liking, it was corrected. We made several changes to the plan and they handled each change with ease while finishing ON TIME.
Alumni was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. But they did communicate well, did a great job on delivering on the architectural drawings and working through the various issues encountered.
Alumni Builders helped my wife and I make our basement our dream gym! Their communication was fantastic, all of their employees were polite and respectful of our home, and it was a fast turn around. I will be strictly using them moving forward for any house projects. We can’t recommend them enough!
Alumni Builders went above and beyond to complete my kitchen and basement remodel. The quality of work was top notch, and I could not be happier. Dan, is super responsive and kept me in the loop during the entire process. He offered solutions and suggestions and did not cut corners. His crew members were professional and polite, and diligently worked hard to complete the remodel on time. I highly recommend Alumni Builders for your remodel needs.
WOW! Look no further than Alumni Builders for your renovation projects! I contacted 3 contractors and received bids for our kitchen renovation and Dan was professional, consultative, no BS, and gave me an unheard of timeline (under 3 weeks!). Dan left and simply told me to check out his reviews. All the reviews are true! He’s amazing, his crew is top notch, all easy going, on time, professional, flexible, friendly, accommodating and deliver high quality work. Dan, day in, day out, responded quickly with all my questions, adjusted his crew if needed and made everything happen. All my friends had said, no way will you be done in under 3 weeks! From prep day to delivery day it was 16 days!!! I will definitely be using Dan / Alumni Builders for our next home renovation project! They are the real thing! P.S. they protect your home, keep it clean, and clean everything up at end. We love our new kitchen! Look no further, call Dan NOW!
Alumni Builders did a really good job on creating my new kitchen, replacing floors and opening up my stairs. They where very respectful of the neighbors and other parties impacted by the work. Really happy with the results.
Alumni Builders did an amazing job building and designing our addition. It’s exactly what we wanted and we couldn’t be happier. All workers were on time, professional and polite, and truly did outstanding quality. We’ll be using these guys on a few more house projects/remodels. If you’re looking for a contractor you won’t be disappointed using Alumni! Dan is fantastic at walking you through every step and taking the stress off you’re plate!
Being a first time home buyer is a scary experience- vein a first time home buyer doing a gut renovation is a whole different level! I wanted to make sure I hired the right contractor that understood my vision, was reliable, and had great communication. I met with so many different people but from the initial consultation I knew that Dan at Alumni builders would be able to make my dream a reality. He is very thorough and asked me questions that I did not think of when planning my renovation initially. The process from start to finish was wonderful. I cannot day enough great things about Dan and everyone he had working on my project. Beyond impressed with their communication and assistance any time an issue arose. If you are looking for a contractor look no further. Alumni builders is the best hands down.
Dan and his team were very professional, timely, flexible, knowledgeable and reliable. We did a pretty extensive remodel to an addition that was added in the 70's to a bungalow home as well as a full kitchen remodel. Dan made the process as easy as possible for us from the quote to the final inspection. As any obstacles or challenges arose, Dan was extremely prompt and solution-oriented in a way that set as at ease and moved the project forward. He was spot on with his estimates of cost and duration. We will be working with him again to finish the basement.
Alumni did a great job on our kitchen remodel. Dan was very communicative and was always giving us updates when different things were going to get done! Everyone he works with were also very professional and punctual as well. Overall would recommend their services!
I can't speak highly enough about our experience w/Dan and Alumni Builders. Prior to work beginning, Dan stopped by to walk us through options for our project (New siding, windows, gutters, & downspouts). He thoroughly addressed all of our questions/concerns while thoughtfully offering suggestions of his own. Through all phases of the project, Dan communicated with us effectively letting us know what to expect on a day-to-day basis. Dan's team was professional & efficient, arriving on time and finishing the job much faster than we had anticipated. My wife and I were impressed with how clean the work area was at the end of each day. Alumni Builders did an amazing job. We are beyond pleased with the quality of their work and we can't wait to work with them again in the future!
I was very pleased with the professionalism by Dan and the subcontractors doing the remodeling. They knew exactly what needed to be done, and it was quite an extensive project. I would recommend Alumni Builders to anyone that needed work done at their home. They did a great job.
Would recommend HIGHLY to anyone looking for a small scale reno or large scale reno.
Dan understood our vision for our basement remodel, had good ideas and was very friendly. He kept us highly informed of project timeline and when workers would arrive each day, and came to the worksite often to check on work quality. Everything went smoothly and we are very satisfied with the end result.
