Roberto with Alvarez Construction responded immediately when I reached out about getting my leaning fence repaired. His price was very fair, and he worked quickly and efficiently. Something that had been an eyesore for years was practically good as new in a few hours. I would definitely recommend him for your home projects.
Did a fantastic job and was very responsive in coming out and getting the work done in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend.
Wanted to enclose the side of my house for an extra sense of privacy and security. I absolutely love the finished product! This company was quick, on time, communicated well and had the beat pricing. I will be contacting them for additional projects in the near future! I added solar lights to complete my look.
Mr. Alvarez completed the replacement of 70' of fence on time and on budget. He was very friendly and answered any questions i had about the job. At conclusion of job he walked me around the fence and ask if there were any concerns. There were none. I recommend this company to anyone.

Roberto with Alvarez Construction was highly responsive when I contacted him about repairing my attic vent. He provided a reasonable quote and completed the job professionally and on time. I highly recommend him for carpentry or repair work!!!!
We had multiple areas of the house for repair/replacement - and they did a great job of fixing everything up. Very professional and very reasonable pricing. They are efficient and communicate very well. We will definitely be using their services again in the near future. Hands down 5/5!
When we needed our fence replaced these guys were fantastic. Came out immediately for a quote and was very reasonable on the pricing. Laid out all of the options and gave us a written estimate when we needed it for HOA approval. He told us 3 days and did the job in less than 2. He even got along with our neighbor. Great work and definitely good people, would recommend.
Roberto Alvarez did a great job building our new fence. There were challenges with neighboring fences and overgrown shrubbery and he worked to make everything work. Roberto always answered requests for information promptly and we feel we got great value for our money. His team was kind and punctual and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family.
Roberto was the absolute best! He responded to my inquiry right away, assessed the status of my fence and quoted me a fair price. There’s not one ounce of shadiness in his energy or professionalism. His work was very meticulous, and I could tell he is type A which I loved, leveled everything! He did an excellent job in a timely manner and cleaned up like he was never there. Highly recommend, great work, good value!
Alvarez promptly responded to my inquiry and were able to complete the job within a couple of days of accepting it. They did great work, which is reflected in the before and after photos.
Roberto and his crew did an amazing job with the full replacement of my siding, window casings, faccia boards and soffit as well as adding sheathing to my house. My priorities at the time of looking for a contractor was to find someone knowledgeable, transparent and easy to work with which, I found with Alvarez Construction. From the beginning of the job, he assessed the job and gave me different alternatives based on his experience. He kept me informed as they progressed and informed me asap if he found any issues that needed to be addressed. Last but not least, I loved the attention to detail that he had during the process and it shows in the end product. I'd recommend them for anything siding related!
Roberto and team were great. They went above and beyond! I will definitely call again for future projects
