Alt is very pleasant and cleaned the place efficiently and satisfactorily. I’m so glad that we found her.

About Aly’s Housekeeping
I have extensive experience cleaning and organizing and enjoy leaving places better than when I found them. I prefer to use hypoallergenic cleaning supplies, but I can also use your preferred favorites. I also provide petsitting and housesitting services and have great reviews on trustedhousesitters dot com.

Aly initially presented herself as punctual, thorough, and professional. Unfortunately, that did not last. After just three visits, she failed to show up for a scheduled cleaning without any notice and has since ignored all texts and emails. On another occasion, she rescheduled but delivered a rushed, superficial job, stating she needed to leave for another client. This was unacceptable—especially given that our home is well-maintained, and occupied by only two people. Reliability and communication are basic expectations for any professional service, and Aly failed in both. While she may make a positive first impression, our experience shows a clear lack of consistency, accountability, and professionalism. Proceed with caution.
Ally showed up as scheduled. She did a move out clean for us. Ally was professional, communicated well and got the job done quickly. I would highly recommend her.
I only wish you were staying on Oahu! Stay in touch.
Aly was punctual, responsive and ready to get work done. And she did!
Aly is lovely and wonderfully helpful. I needed a pro that I could trust, she is that plus super sweet and calming to boot. Thank you, Aly, for doing such an amazing job in my home and I look forward to working with you more!
Aly was very helpful in changing her schedule to accommodate last minute changes. She was a pleasure to work with and ensure my home was move in ready for the next tenant. S/James
Very easy to work with, I gave a set of instructions on what we needed done and she knocked it out of the park! Would definitely work with her again.
Aly came in and really did her thing! I’m very grateful for her helpfulness and services provided! Thank you, Aly!
Highly recommend Aly for your future housecleaning needs. Communication was very easy and she did a great job.
