Reviews
I was very disappointed with this company. I dropped everything to meet them on the time they said they would be at my place, but last minutes they called and told me the technicians couldn't come, and I have to wait another week. what a terrible business model. avoid this company by any means.
Great experience overall. The they did an excellent job cleaning the vents and were very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what was going on with the system, which really helped me understand the issues and the work being done. Professional, thorough, and clear communication throughout. Highly recommend!
Scheduling was a little wonky, but the tech was great and took time to explain things to me and what to look out for in the future.
The service rep, Dennis, was a little odd. He asked me if I would tip him!! I said,"What?" and he said , "Would you tip me?"I'm,not sure if this is part of what is supposed to be done now or not? I probably will not be using this service again.
needed fast. also was able to improve the duct layout
Good service but the job took less than 20 mins for a 1300 sq ft condo and price was exuberant 240$
Kevin was on time, very professional and great asset to his company.
Matt was a pleasure to work with. He made helpful recommendations and went above and beyond on delivering. Do not hesitate to call this company and ask for Matt !!!
The team went the extra mile to get my Dryer Vent cover installed.
I had these guys come out to clean my ducts and they missed some, and did a poor job. (See pics after cleaning). I contacted the owner on here and he apologized and said he would send the guys out to redo it, and would compensate me after. They did come out and redid them and did a much better job, but he never compensated me or responded to my follow up messages about it. If you have them out, make sure to view pictures of every single duct, because they will likely rush and miss some the first time. Not acceptable for 250$.
