The service was excellent from start to finish. They were friendly, prompt, thorough, and professional. They did a very clean job and handled everything in a trustworthy and reliable manner. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them!
Great experience from start to finish! They were reasonably priced, friendly, and easy to communicate with. They cleaned my carpets, locked up afterward as I requested, and left everything just the way it should be. I have no complaints and would definitely use them again.
Thank you for the awesome job
He was very thorough and made sure all stains were gone!
I was very pleased with the service I received. The weather was bad and they still arrived in a very timely manner. They also called first. I was amazed at how knowledgeable they were about their machine and how well the machine worked! After the cleaning was complete, there was a lovely clean scent of citrus! They were able to get the tough stains out, and the carpet looks like new now. I will certainly be utilizing their services again.
Justin was on time, professional, and did a great job cleaning my furniture after a long move from another State. Highly recommend this company and Justin to clean your furniture.
Needed windows and carpet cleaned for my empty house before selling. Both workers were punctual, friendly and accommodating. I did learn that windows have a top window and a bottom window and that the price per window is just that (where I expected the top and bottom to be one window) - therefore my cost was higher than I was expecting, but that is no reflection on the company, rather my learning curve. They did offer me a discount for doing both services which I appreciated. Everything looked super clean and I was very happy with them. I do recommend this company!!
The guys who arrived were very nice, but I am writing this review on the service itself. I was told by the young man that there were access points in the house which would make the service cheaper on my end because I wouldn't have to pay for materials. Once we got to the bill I realized that there was no difference in the charges. I have attached pictures because I feel that the service was poorly done and rushed. They were here about an hour and a half and never came up to the registers to vacuum the registers. The one young man did vacuum the cold air return but that was it. Sadly I have to write this review because I would not recommend them to anyone who wants a quality service. The young woman who we spoke to about our complaint was very friendly and handled the problem perfectly. The people were great, service poor. (Photos are AFTER photos after service was complete) Cap missing on one duct.
Kevin was my cleaner and he was very nice and professional! The carpets came out great! I'd hire them again!
