Probably by explaining why the person who showed up for 15 minutes is coming from a company called Reliable Home Services Inc. The estimate I paid $150 for was 9 pages consisting of pictures I had already taken (one repeated twice), one page with 7 short bullet items stating what was already apparent, and the last page - again - with 7 short bullet items saying what he was proposing to do with no explanation of process or purpose. THEN the price, his name and telephone number. NO company name, license number, anything. Looks like it was done on a word processing app. Embarrassing at best. Buyer beware.

Really disappointing experience. They charged me $1,300 to clean my chimney and install a new cap. The new cap vibrates even with the slightest wind. I tried to contact them over 10 times to come out and fix the cap, but have now given up. Super disappointing experience end to end.
They called me very promptly after I submitted my request and they were able to accommodate me in today. A tech ended up coming out much sooner than the appointment window we set up. He was able to diagnose the issue with my fireplace and resolve it within 30 min. Would recommend them!
American chimney pros did an amazing job! They came on time, no extra cost and they left the area very clean. Highly recommended.
Peri was here and he was very professional. He was here on time and would definitely recommend him
The original quote for a new chimney cap was $680.00. When this quote was refused a counter offer of 400.00 was made. Our property had downed trees and other severe wind damage from the January 7th winds. Regretfully, we accepted this overpriced offer. The repair person stated he did not have a tall enough ladder for the project and borrowed one of our ladders. No receipt was given. Under less stressful circumstances would have never used this company.
American pro chimney are professional with their work, they are very caring about their customers, they value their customers opinions, and they used quality materials with their work.
My experience was very positive and I highly recommend this company for "fireplace" issues. The advisor was on-time and provided a thorough quote within hours. Everything was explained, photos were provided (of the fireplace defects of concern) and overall, this was a very good company to deal with.
Unable to fix a simple Gas burning fireplace! First said they will come and take a look, then said “ I don’t like to deal with that system”. Gas company person had said it is not difficult to fix the pilot generator that was inoperative.
Was only able to select three attributes, but Danny was professional in every way, knowledgeable, got right to the task at hand, explained what he was going to do, and then completed it punctually . A genuine pleasure to work with.
We hired Chimney Pros to clean up the chimney. Although the original appointment did not work out, this company went out of their way to make up for the error. They provided wonderful customer service and their work is amazing!
