Ken took a personal interest in the job from the beginning by coming by to look at the job, provide information on his approach to the job, and fielded a number of questions that gave me confidence in his knowledge and ability. He performed to job professionally, efficiently and quickly without issue. And he was flexible on my availability and his willingness to accommodate my timing and needs.

Ken and crew came out to take down the 22 year old Pergola that was falling and leaning towards my neighbors yard. I couldn't say enough about how professional they were and how great the work was! The communication was great and they were on time both mornings. It was a big job but they handled it all including hauling off the old wood in less than two days. I highly recommend them and look forward to working with Ken again for other renovation projects inside my home. Do yourself a favor and hire Ken and crew for your demolition work!
Ken did a great job. Demo Fireplace and other stuff. It was A LOT of work!!
NO SHOW blamed thumbtack for not letting him know appointment time
I am SO happy with hiring Ken. He responded quickly to my inquiries, gave me a very fair quote, was able to do the job ( removing cabinets and heavy countertops and hauling away) two days later and cleaned up after themselves. Ken took great care to not destroy drywall and I cannot recommend him enough!!!
Ken removed a brick wall for me and hauled it. He came with one guy, started on time around 8:30am and finished before noon with little noise or mess at a great value. I’ll definitely call him again.
Ken and team were EXCELLENT! I’ve already referred them to other friends and family. They were easy to communicate with, on time, offered a fair rate, and cleaned up perfectly when they were done. Additionally, I asked them demo a shower for new tile with minimal damage/repair work needed to add new tile—they did amazing! (Photos show some of the scope of work, but not how CLEAN they left it. The photo was taken in-progress and not at the end.)
Ken is a master at his craft. On top of demo he’s a mechanical engineer. Was impressed with hid his team
Ken was awesome! He is very good at what he does and he arrived on time with one worker and took down 3 walls and kitchen cabinets in my home in less than 2 days halled everything away. I couldn't have been more pleased and he has very reasonable rates.
Quick and excellent service with great value. Highly recommend! Thanks for the service. I will definitely use American Eagle Demolition service again!
