I hired American Eagle, Mark and Terry, to remodel my bathroom. I was more than satisfied with the work. I plan to rehire them again for a kitchen remodel. I recommend them for everyone. Mark was easy to talk to, and he kept calm whenever there were concerns. Terry does excellent work. His craftsmanship is top notch, but he also puts in the effort to make the details come together as well. He never settled for less than his best on the remodel. Overall, my only complaint is that I like my bathroom too much, and so I never want to get out of the shower! tl;dr - Hire Mark and Terry from American Eagle. You won't be disappointed.

The work was done pretty well with a few issues in the process. Overall the bathroom job came out well. Still some things we need to redo (small details). The lack of communication & organization between the person quoting and the subcontractor would be my biggest issue. If I need work done I don’t want to hear the drama that happens between the 2 individuals, it’s not professional. I don’t want the subcontractor asking us for money directly multiple times when the person that quoted the job and I have a written agreement for payments. The company could improve with some professional boundaries established and non of this would be an issue. The subcontractor was a very hard worker- not the most organized, but heart in the right place. The person quoting the jobs could improve by understanding the details and timeline of the work. Other than all of that I’m happy with the work done.

Hired them to paint the whole house and I found them to be very responsive and professional. Work was completed on time and with good quality.
The last day of painting they stayed until 11:30 pm. It was a tough night.

Terrible worksmanship and terrible customer service.
The company installed a PVC fence and I have trouble with parts of it falling down. The first time they came back to repair and blamed my neighbor trying break into my yard. They also try show me if it happens again, how repair it. I didn’t install a PVC fence to work on it! Than the fence has again started to fall apart, but I called this time with no response. I have waited for a response before this review.....so I gave them opportunity to fix the situation and they prove they wasn’t interested in quality work. It’s been under a year for the fence installation.
