I feel so much better knowing that Luis and his team came to do some exclusion work on our home. Not only were they professional, but they were also able to work with our budget.

Responded to my query immediately even though it was the middle of the night.
Just too expensive. When another companies can come to inspect the place for free of charge, they charge $300 to just come out.
This team was prompt, professional, and communicated often. My mom had surgery the day I needed Service and the team was so empathetic and understanding. Even called/texted a few days later to check in on how my mother was recovering. Outstanding service! No bs or gimmicks- this is an honorable company I will be using again.
I was leaning towards doing the job myself but after speaking with American Rodent control it was clear they would do a good job at price it depending on how much work they'd do. They were responsive and adaptable. I enjoyed working with them.
They did a good job and had good customer service. The only problem was they were extremely expensive. I wish I had asked for another estimate before I agreed.
Great experience and quick turn out to take care of the problem. Would use again in the future!
Luis is amazing. We had a raccoon problem (along with some mice and squirrels) at work, and Luis did a fantastic job. He was incredibly prompt, thorough, and very polite. He took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process. I would highly recommend him - in fact, if we ever have this issue again, Luis will be my first phone call!
I was contacted within minutes of requesting to be and was able to make an appointment for just an hour later. They still showed up 10 minutes early! My house was thoroughly inspected so that anything that could be found or done right away it would be (which there was when our intruder was discovered behind some furniture, captured, and taken away). Then I was given a quote for what could be done to seal the house so this wouldn't happen again (and didn't even charge for everything he did for us while here). Very impressed
