Luis was very responsive, explaining everything they did. Punctual and completed the work on time. Would hire again.

About American Star Roofing
Hello, I’m Edwin, owner of American Star Roofing. For over 13 years, my team and I have been helping homeowners protect what matters most with quality roofing and siding services. We take time to really listen to every concern and expectation, then deliver exactly what’s needed—whether it’s a full roof installation, a repair, or new siding. Our commitment is simple: professional service, clear communication, timely responses, and work done the right way. We use proper equipment, trained crews, and quality materials on every job, treating your property with the care it deserves. If you’re planning a roofing or siding project, I’d be glad to talk through your options and provide a clear, honest recommendation.
Reviews
Called them during a brutal snowstorm for an ice dam emergency and they showed up fast, professional, and ready to work. They removed the ice dam safely, explained everything clearly, and gave me total peace of mind. Reliable, honest, and truly caring. I would absolutely recommend them without hesitation!
Gave them a tough task to remove snow from the roof. Team worked until everything was done. It had gotten dark out by the time they left. I was impressed.
The guys were responsive and did a great job
They missed two appointments to remove my ice dams after I conveyed the urgency. I get that they are busy but twice is just poor service. I ended up cancelling my apointment.
American star restored my faith in home repair providers. Edwin and his team did a great job on my roof and siding repair, cleaned up, did minimal disruption to my plants, and even with some extra work came in as quoted, at a very reasonable price. Thank you! Now a year later, everything is still holding up well and no issues.
Luis and team were very responsive. We needed a leaking chimney and drywall damage repaired. They were able to come out the next day for an assessment after I contacted them. They quickly scheduled an appointment the following week and completed the work with professinalism and in a timely manner.
I changed the schedule with this person this pro you call him so many times now you don’t even see it in here, but it was on the phone and so forth he kept calling me and saying he had to come another time or another day or whatever so I definitely I just verified it within him. He said yes he’s definitely coming. That would be for tonight at five now you Wright and says we never had an appointment. This is the worst I’ve had This guy totally wasted my time for almost 2 weeks now and I think it’s awful to do that to people and I need it I need to get my side done because that’s leaking into my office from very poor people that I had before two summers ago so I’m really angry. I’m really angry about this. This guy is awful and I just told him I didn’t want him anymore.
Edwin and his team at American Star Roofing are fantastic. I needed emergency roof repair that required installing the ridge vent and cap. Edwin gave me accurate assessment of the repair required and moved quickly to repair it the next day itself. His work is thorough and high quality and his team are thorough professionals. I am very satisfied with Edwin’s work and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for roof work.
Excellent!
Excellent service and excellent customer service and excellent work ethic and dedication to customer satisfaction, the work is impressive and perfect.
After few months of work my house seems like new.
Edwin helped me with two roofing projects last year: a leaky window bay and a leaky third floor dormer. He and his team were very thorough in making sure the leaks would be completely sealed, even showing me the areas where a previous contractor had done shoddy work and had let in more water damage. American Star has great attention to detail and they were able to get the roof repaired before the next rainstorm hit. Highly recommended!
