We had the most amazing experience with Amoraco! We have never hired a personal chef and it was such a great experience. We had a fall bbq with 40 adults and 40 kids. Everyone raved about the food and kindness of our chef and her assistant. I could not have asked for a better experience. We will be hiring her again.

When hiring a caterer who is coming into your home, it is important that you feel comfortable with them and that they make your guests feel at ease. Tamara was everything I had hoped for in a caterer. She is professional, responsive and warm. Her team was professional, respectful and friendly. The food was hearty, healthy and delicious. Tamara really made our wedding happen. We were really feeling discouraged after talking with several other caterers when we connected with Tamara things really fell into place. Tamara was amazing to work with, she understood our vibe and constraints immediately and worked to design a menu that could use the kitchen of a house to minimize rentals, and she set up an amazing raw bar. Tamara was low stress and her food was fantastic. One thousand percent would recommend!
We had the best meal of the entire long weekend with Amoraco. She put together the best meal for our large group. She handled a big group meal (and allergies) with ease. The food and menu was delicious. I would hire her for every event I host on the Hamptons. Thank you for an amazing night and meal!

Tamara did an excellent job for a private event for 12 including a whiskey tasting and food pairing segment. It was delicious and so beautifully executed. Her staff is wonderful and her cooking phenomenal! I highly recommend her for any of your private or corporate events!
I was hesitant to hire from an app but as soon as I spoke to Tamara, I knew she’d be great and she was. We hired Tamara for my mom’s 90th birthday party and she made an elegant, delicious meal which delighted all my guests (of several generations). Her team was as wonderful as the food. By the end of the evening my mom was hugging them. (The only disappointment was hat there were no lamb chops left —but how could there be. Everyone went back for thirds...) We will definitely hire Tamara for our next event. Highly recommend!

Tamara catered our engagement party Nov 2014 for 50 people. She was extremely easy to communicate with from the start, whipped up a great selection of appetizers for us to choose from (our guests raved about the truffled wontons!) and seamlessly provided a bartender and all the alcohol as well. She's very friendly, on time, easy to work with, and I wouldn't hesitate to use her for future events. Thanks Tamara!
Absolutely perfect! Tamara helped make my sister's birthday dinner fabulous. She tailored a custom menu with my sister's favorite foods and every dish was outstanding! She's extremely professional, thoughtful and cooks some of the best dishes I've ever had. I can't wait to work with her again soon.
