Great job, within budget snd got the job done with in 24hrs
Andre’s crew worked professionally until the job finished.
Andres was great, quick to respond, showed up same day, knocked the project out and the price was reasonable. He was so great I have hired him to do other jobs! Would highly recommend!
I hired Amp Pro Services to replace a security door lock. They responded quickly to my initial inquiry and were able to come the next day, which I appreciated. Even though I wasn’t home, they FaceTimed me upon arrival and suggested that the lock could be repaired instead of replaced. The job was completed timely and all of my concerns were addressed.
Andres reached out quickly, provided me the information I needed, and completed a new lock install same day. Efficient and communicative in a somewhat emergency situation.
I already sent my opinion in other requests! I think his work was excellent and his predisposition for working and helping was a definite PLUS! Thank you!
My son jammed twigs in the front door deadbolt, making the key inoperable. Andreas of Amp Nova Services was upfront about the range of costs for best and worst case scenarios. He was honest, professional, punctual, and equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary to fix the job. I highly recommend Andres!
Responded right away and was able to trouble shoot and solve our door problem, make the repairs and now it works great!
Andres responded to our inquiry the next day and was able to show up on a Saturday to get the quick job done. Our door wasn't closing properly, was missing a deadbolt strike plate, and we needed to swap out the deadbolt with a keypad. Andres quickly quoted the service and was able to knock out the job in about 30 minutes. Our door now closes properly, and everything is working great. Very glad to have found Amp Nova and will be contacting them in the future.
Great
Very pleased. They were able to handle unforeseen complications quickly and thoroughly. Kept me fully informed. Very professional and thorough.
Working with Amp Nova Services was wonderful. He was able to give me recommendations to secure my house better as well as did an excellent job on changing the locks out. 10/10 would hire again
Waste of time! I gave them specific details of the project the day before (rekey of two screen doors to the same key) we scheduled a time and they called to confirm. When I inquired about a price they wanted to see the locks when they got here in order to quote me and I didn't want to do that. I sent pictures as requested and then all of a sudden they couldn't assist me anymore after I had already specified details. Terrible customer service.
Andres did an amazing job replacing my existing lock with one I purchased online. He was very quick to respond to my request and had the whole job completed in 10 minutes. He was very attentive to details when installing the lock and guided me through entering a passcode while providing privacy. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!
I was called within minutes of placing my locksmith request on Thumbtack. He listened to exactly what I needed, and told me a technician would call me soon and that they could provide same day service (it was a Saturday!). Technician called with 10 minutes. He was friendly and professional. He arrived at my home wearing a mask (THANK YOU!), and already had a unique solution to my needs. He serviced 3 doors - providing us with more security and peace of mind. I definitely recommend this business!!!!!! It doesn't get better than this! A++++++++
Andres was quick to answer my questions and very flexible with his time. I also asked him to install something requiring electrical work. He took a look at it and said he honestly wasn’t comfortable doing it because he hadn’t done it before. I 100% appreciate his honesty and transparency. He installed my new keyless pad lock super fast and showed me to to change the code for the future. I would definitely recommend him to others!
