Hate to write a bad review, but no show and no response from Ampistry Electric. Initially, Oliver was responsive and provided us with a quote and scheduled day for him to come do work. We were told that the permit was pulled and we confirmed day before on his arrival time. On the day of, we thought maybe he was running late but after a few hours reached out and received no answer and no response. Tried to call later that evening to see if had to reschedule, again no response. We looked into the permit and actually nothing was ever pulled. Very confused, but definitely don’t appreciate this as held up our project as we are back to square one.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience from start to finish. He installed two chandeliers for us and did a great job. He was very punctual, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent—he kept me updated, was easy to reach, and made sure everything was done properly. Very professional, reliable, and pleasant to work with. Professionalism exceeded all expectations. Take-off for project materials was accurate and formally presented prior to project start date. All work performed to highest quality standards. Nathan was a life saver for me tonight. My outlet shorted and had me on edge. He responded promptly, asked detailed questions, and reassured me there was no immediate danger but if I would like, he would come out for an emergency call tonight. Within 1.5 hrs from my initial contact, he has at my house on a Saturday night doing the repair. He checked everything to make sure it was safe and installed a new outlet for me. Nathan was so nice, funny, and reassuring and brought me great pease of mind. I will definitely use him again for future (hopefully planned, lol) electrical needs.
