Max contacted me immediately with the solution already thought out and priced. He arrived early and worked incredibly fast. He will be taking care of additional items in the house. Thank you again!
I had a water pipe leaking inside the drywall that needs to be fixed immediately. Max responded to my request and came on the same day. He is very nice in person, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and explained everything well. The job is done well and I can finally have a good sleep without worrying about the water damage.
Seamless working with AMX. Very professional outfit.
We were having problems with our sewer pipe for many years, we decided to go with Max from AMX plumbing to replace our entire sewer pipe. They are very professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. It was a very messy project but they kept it cleaned by the end of the day. Highly recommend.
Responded to a repair request, setup appointment and then called 55mins later to say he only does installs and had not read my problem description. Apparently Thumbtack charges him $10 for submitting a quote to me.
Great time working with the team. Responsive, quick and tidy.
Max was responsive, and did a great job. It took exactly as much time and he said it would, and his estimate was spot on. He was also friendly and easy to work with. Would hire again!
Max is an amazing plumber. He is very knowledgeable, creative in his approach, very dependable, so nice. I can't recommend him enough! He did a huge amount of work for my kitchen remodel and everything worked out great (entirely New plumbing, moved sink, New range hood, added a dishwasher... and more!). I will work with him exclusively moving forward!!
Very pleasant , capable and professional. ALso, he is very willing to explore and consider alternatives to an original plan. High marks.
Max installed the plumbing for washer/dryer hookups in my condo; Hot & cold water hookups with drain pipes, and vents. Max is very courteous & punctual and does top notch work. It was not an easy project due to the location of our washer & dryer but he made it work and did a great job weaving the pipes in the least obstructive manner possible. He was also very busy at the time that I hired him but was able to squeeze me in during some downtime he had while waiting on parts for another project. I would definitely recommend Max & will 100% use him in the future for any of my plumbing needs.
Fantastic experience! High quality work. Very responsive. Got the work done very quickly. Very personable and friendly.
Max installed water and gas for a laundry room in my condo. He was able to get the job done well and in a short period of time. He is good at communicating so the job gets done as expected in terms of quality and scheduling. Would recommend him to anyone.
no work was completed and only estimates that were not guaranteed to solve the problem were offered.
Max replaced my kitchen faucet, and it was a great experience. He was on time, really knowledgeable, and very friendly - he explained what he was working on and how to troubleshoot issues in the future. This was not an easy job, as our building has had all sorts of oddball repairs over the years - old, inoperative valves and pipes remain in place and complicate repair efforts. None of it bothered him - he remained upbeat throughout the process. I highly recommend Max for your plumbing needs!
Max was great! He was quick to come by my office to check out the scope of work, was fair on price and quickly wrapped up the job. I will definitely use him again.
Max was excellent to work with, very professional, on time, and honest. He inspected some pipes that were intermittently causing yellow water throughout my house and also inspected an outside drain for blockage. I would definitely recommend him and would use him again in the future.
Came to assess plumbing situation within a few hours. Was on time and very thorough. He helped us understand the problem in detail. Would hire again!
Max was awesome. After seeing his good work with taking care of our water heater we allowed him do our three compartment sink, hand wash, mop sink, and food prep sink at our other restaurant. He does great work and has the competence to handle tough obstacles our small locations thrown his way and was able to meet with city code and regulations at the same time. We would highly recommend.
Max was courteous and on time for the scope assessment and estimate as well as for the actual delivery of the service. He handled the work professionally and offered flexibility in his schedule, which was very much appreciated. i would highly recommend him.
