Reviews
They did a beautiful job with the wall molding around my tv!!! We are working on more projects now! They are professional, clean and very detail oriented. 10/10 recommend!
Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with them recently.. Looking at some of the positive reviews here I contacted RTP Pro Contracting to give them my sunroom project. I was very transparent about the fact that I had a quote from one other contractor and I would like to work with them if they can match or come around the other quote. Cingiz and Yusif immediately responded and one of them booked the appointment to came over and understand the details of my project. Next day they shared with me a high level quote just to beat the other contractor’s price and get my work. Luckily I requested some more details behind a total quote to move forward with my project. After this I did not hear back anything for couple of days. When I called them, they surprised me by sharing that there initial estimate was just a mistake and revised their quote by almost 30% increase again without any details. After couple of days on further following up for details, when I called them, they surprised me this time by asking $300 for a detail quote. This was very surprising as untill now they told me that they are working on the detail quote. I have no idea how can a quote change by 30% just in 2 days, without doing any detail estimate work (or may be they just did not wanted to share it). Ideally I would not write any negative or such long review for any small business, but in my opinion they wasted my time, were not fully transparent and also did not communicate on time despite of my texts.. Now I lost my other contractor as well, putting me a month behind the schedule on a very important project :(
Installed a new bathroom toilets and bathroom faucets nd they did a excellent job
Thorough, professional and honest work - as simple as that. Also a pleasure to chat as well, which is of course not expected but also a welcome bonus when working with someone.
Beyond happy with the quality of work the contractor did installing crown moulding in our bathroom. He did such a precise and accurate job and we could not be happier! Will absolutely use this company again for any projects and I highly recommend them! They were very responsive and were able to do my job within a few days of my inquiry.
I am very satisfied with the quality work done by RTP Pro. He was punctual, professional and was able to repair my hardwood floors for me. The quality of work was excellent, I would definitely hire him again and recommend!
Yusif, thank you for being so kind. Your work looks good and affordable. He made note to let me know that he stands behind his work which is comforting. Looking forward to working with him again.
